Atelier Victoria’s COVID-19 Protocols & Procedures 

FOR CLIENTS: 

Before your appointment: Clients will need to fill out a mandatory online form ensuring that you have not been out of the country, do not have flu like symptoms and have not tested positive or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19. 

All clients will be seen by appointment ONLY. This limits the amount of clients in the space at any given time. 

Please arrive on time and alone. Only those booked will be permitted to the appointment. 

Your temperature will be measured prior to the appointment and anyone with a temperature higher than 37° will be refused. 

Arrive with your own mask and worn before entering the studio space. The mask must be kept on at all times and worn properly. If you do not have a mask you may purchase one for a small fee. No mask = no service. 

Disinfect your hands upon entering with hand sanitizer. If you come in sick, your appointment will be cancelled immediately.  

ATELIER VICTORIA’S PROMISES: 

As services are booked by appointment only, you will be the only other guest in the space at your booked time. 

Taking daily temperatures of staff. 

Single use tools are used whenever necessary and those that are not are disinfected with a medical grade solution. 

Regular hand washing and sanitizing between every client. 

We will wear new masks and gloves in service and disinfect all surfaces before and after each appointment. 

High touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected routinely throughout the day.
